The Gluten Free Society is now selling organic, grass fed beef. The beef can be purchased on the Society’s website as of February 2013.
The Gluten Free Society is known for helping those with gluten-related disease or gluten intolerance live a healthy life through vital education and resources. As of February of 2013, The Gluten Free Society is providing organic, grass fed beef as a product option for the website’s visiting demographic. “We want to offer the best products for people with or without gluten tolerance issues,” said Dr. Peter Osborne. “The organic, grass fed beef that is sold through our website contributes to better health when compared to the regular beef sold in grocery stores. This beef is easily digested and offers more vitamins.”
The grass fed beef offered on The Gluten Free Society’s website is through US Wellness Meats. Over 122 beef products are available and every cut is 100 percent pure grass fed. “Steaks, jerky and sausage are available. The Society is designed to not only teach people how to live a gluten free lifestyle, but to provide the resources to do so! I’m so happy we can offer the grass fed beef through our website,” continued Dr. Osborne.
The Gluten Free Society lends its support to research endeavors revolving around grains, gluten, lectins, and other compounds within grain that may harm human health. The organization provides an ongoing analysis and commentary of research performed in the field of food sensitivity/intolerance. Members of the media can contact Helene Vece of JumpStart Ink and Media Manager for the Gluten Free Society to request an interview with Dr. Peter Osborne.
